About Me

In a nutshell, I am a mom, childbirth educator, and a midwife

I support women in their childbirth journeys since 2015.
During that time I’ve attended over 150 births as a doula and midwife.

I’m a midwife formed by my own birth story. In 2016 I had my 10-pound baby at home. It was a solo – completely unassisted – birth. After that experience, I deeply believe in every woman. We all are strong, wise, and powerful.

My ultimate goal is to empower you because I believe that you have answers to all the questions within yourself. You know how to give birth. And I’ll make sure you have a safe and peaceful experience. I’ll guide you, support you, and give you all the information so you can make the best decision for you and your baby.

Prenatal yoga

By learning to link your breath and movements, you will greatly increase your ability to work with your body during labor and birth. Regular prenatal yoga will Improve your sleep, reduce stress and anxiety, increase strength and flexibility, and decrease lower back pain, nausea, and headaches.

Placenta encapsulation

During birth, our bodies are losing many nutrients, iron, blood, and hormones. This may result in exhaustion, lack of milk supply, slow physical healing, and “baby blues”. By consuming placenta you reintroduce many of these lost elements to heal, harmonize, and balance your body.
